The firm is founded by Naleshnee Reddy , a senior talent leader with over 15 years of deep corporate and consulting experience, which ensures RSP Talent Advisory brings a strategic & disciplined approach to intermediate & senior hiring — shaped by years spent inside high performing organisations, where the standard for talent is uncompromising.

Having built and led talent strategies within top-tier management consulting firms, and high-performing corporates, RSP Talent Advisory operates with an insider’s understanding of what exceptional talent actually looks like .

Our founder has advised executive stakeholders, built recruiting functions from the ground up, led competitor intelligence initiatives, (re)designed graduate and experienced-hire strategies, and operated within environments where the bar for performance, judgment, and intellectual rigour is uncompromising.
